What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa can hold up to 8 people with three bedrooms and a spacious den with double sofa bed.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is a few minutes drive from the fabulous Gulf Coast beaches and many golf courses. Check out our Local Information page for more.

Which direction does the pool face?

The villa has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine.

Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted views over a lake and the golf course. (guaranteeing privacy).

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

Is the pool heated?

The pool and spa are solar heated. A pool cover is provided and should be left on at night particularly from December through to April. Additional pool and spa heat are available at extra cost.

Are there stores near by?

The villa is only a few minutes away from a Publix food store and Port Charlotte Mall is 20 minutes away.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?

There is a wealth of restaurants catering for all tastes from 5 minutes drive away.

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind Englewood Hospital in 15 minutes drive away.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly. Elite Home Management are our managing agents and are available to help. Contact Brenda on 941-391-2837

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing within the Rotonda area and will happily direct you to the owners.
